Here's the breakdown:

1.Hook like a Netflix pilot

The first line is everything.

Don’t write to inform—write to intrigue.

Curiosity is the currency of attention.

My hook didn’t say “How Jho Low stole $4.5B.”

It said:"The con artist who fooled Leonardo DiCaprio."

Familiar name.

Wild claim.

Immediate tension.

You don’t need to be outrageous or crazy.

You just need to leave something unanswered.

2. Use emotional storytelling:

People don’t follow stats.

They follow stories.

My thread worked because it read like a movie.

Scene by scene.

Line by line.

Each post told a mini-story with a twist.

From faking wealth to funding “Wolf of Wall Street”.

The irony wrote itself.

But I made sure every line moved the story forward.

No fluff.

Just momentum.

3. Choppy copy = Scroll-stopping copy

Long blocks get skipped.

I broke every thought into 4-5 short sentences.

It makes the reader feel fast—even if it’s long.

Choppy copy creates rhythm.

It feels like a beat.
